OYO
OYO Posted a Profit. Pre-Tax, It Lost ₹501 Cr. Here's the Difference.
OYO reported ₹233 Cr profit in FY2025, its second consecutive year of positive PAT on ₹6,253 Cr revenue. But pre-tax, it lost ₹501 Cr. The positive PAT came entirely from a ₹663 Cr deferred tax credit, a recognition of previously unbooked tax assets from years of accumulated losses. It is an accounting signal of management confidence, not a cash profit. Total debt stands at ₹6,989 Cr.
